The Comptroller’s race is incredibly important but unlike the race for Governor, it is not on a lot of people’s radar. This is an office that has not had an open seat since 1998 so it is critical to make sure people know it is on the ballot and that they should vote for Brooke!

I support Brooke because she doesn’t just talk – she delivers. Brooke has a track record of getting big things done. As a member of the General Assembly, she has led efforts on public school funding, reproductive healthcare, gun violence prevention, climate change, and affordable housing.

Now Brooke is running for Comptroller to tackle the challenge of expanding economic opportunity for all of us. She has been endorsed by Maryland’s teachers, the Washington Post, nearly all major labor unions, leaders like Congressman Raskin, County Executive Alsobrooks, and over 250 more elected officials because they have seen her work up close and know she is the most qualified candidate and has the best vision for the office. This is a competitive election – and an important one.
